The automatic drainer is mainly used to automatically remove
condensate, oil stain and impurities generated in the compressed
air system, keep the air dry and clean, prevent equipment
corrosion, blockage and failure, so as to extend equipment life and
improve system efficiency. Through the principle of physical (such
as floating ball) or electronic (such as solenoid valve and
sensor), it automatically opens the valve regularly to discharge
pollutants without loss of compressed air.
Specific functions:
Removal of condensate and contaminants: The compressed air system
generates condensate during operation and carries oil and dust. The
automatic drainer collects these contaminants in a centralized
manner and discharges them when a certain level is reached.
Prevention of equipment corrosion and damage: the retained
condensate will corrode the air storage tank, pipeline and
equipment, causing corrosion and damage. The automatic drainer can
be removed in time to protect the equipment.
Ensure air quality: dry and clean compressed air is essential for
precision instruments and downstream equipment. The automatic
drainer helps to maintain the desired moisture content of the
compressed air, avoiding excessive moisture from affecting the
normal operation of the equipment.
Improve system reliability: Regular drainage of accumulated water
